August itself seems to have passed by in halfs already. and here im only just talking about august. hahaha!

1aug marks NURSES' DAY.woohoo.happy nurses day.besides free food and gifts, it is nth more than just work.workplace has been getting busy.woohoo.and admist the busy-ness, we are getting complaints much more than before.woohoo.are our standards really dropping by any means? or just that people are expecting more these days.woohoo.its getting tougher as the days goes by.but glad to know there are still appreciative people around (:

happy national day saw myself at work as well. hahaha! well. so what it is national day.life still goes on.work still continues.and for working 3days straight morning can be torturing ): but hey, i survived (: and these 3 days was well spent cause i never had understand my patient and cared for her better than she opened up to me (: im really happy (: and happy to see that there are still nice doctors who do really care for their patients around. DR LEE, you are WONDERFUL!!!

not forgetting my attempt to finish my collection of carebears, i have like 2 more to go to the happy family of 15!! CHAMP BEAR, the blue with a trophy on its tummy and the "GOD-KNOWS-WHAT-NAME" bear, purplish with a star and heart linked with a rainbow on its tummy. 2 more to go. i want to finish it before it goes OUTTA STOCK!!! arggghhh!

come end of august would be official lesson time for my DEGREE (: proud to announce that i have actually FINISHED reading the whole file of reading materials for now. WOOHOO! i FORCED myself to finish it.it was tough cause everything was like SO DRY.but hey, i did it (: woohoo!! im happy and excited to start DEGREE (:

come end of august would also marked the end of my term in PLKYEC.for these 2 years, i mixed with wonderful people who are big on dreams, who leads big projects.and yet i felt that i wasnt really even helping them half of the time.i feel so gulity.so gulity that i shouldnt even deserve a place in the committee in the first place.im leaving them for now.cause i have got too much to cope on hand.and i do not have the time and energy anymore ):

from a month to a 2-month update. how much more am i going to let this blog die off.
my drive for blogging kinda has died off.hahahah!!!
maybe simply cause it use to be the one who shared my problems and spent my spare time with,
but for now, im just so BUSY and caught up!!

work has been good. with occasional demoralising days when i couldnt finish up stuffs due to some irritating doctors who just wants to make things tough. and in this field of nursing, there are just so many so many things to learn EVERYDAY! and i mean EVERY DAY!

july will mark the start of the days i going to WORK,STUDY,NETBALL.
yeah. it gona be busy cause degree gona start, but hopefully work gets better.
netball will see it peak as well cause carnivals are coming by the end of july.

research course starting. more courses to come. more trainings. OK. maybe im just a training freak. but hey, all these are a road to where i want to be one day. so i must work hard and slog hard NOW! hahahaha!! CHEERS!

woohooo, february just went pass lidat and it is already MAR. hahaha!!! let me recall what was on for february? hahaha! Valentines day, NETBALL would most probably have been the highlights of the month.

valentines day was just yet another date..though it was supposed to be v-day,the more we should be spending the day, just the two of us. but in the end we movie-ed, kfc-ed with his cousin.hmmm.well (: anyways...hahahA!

NETBALL. ever since i got into KKH netball, it was my form of exercise.hahaha! its no joke working AM shift on every TUES, staying behind after work finish and start netball at 630PM. WAHHAAH! NO JOKE. super tired. you practically step into hospital at about 7AM. and never step outta hospital till about 9PM. WAHAHAH! 14HOURS in there! WAHAHA! all just in preparation for the Inter-Singhealth Tournament on 28 FEB (:

more than glad that TEAM SCARLET actually turned out to be the FEMALE CHAMPIONS. but both TEAM AZURE and SIENNA put up a STRONG FIGHT too (: THREE CHEERS TO KKH (: i played for TEAM SCARLET (: hahaha.but maybe like only 1/4 of all the matches? hahaha!

and with the win, we are going to represent MOH for the PUBLIC SERVICE TOURNAMENT. which would means there is going to be more trainings (: WOOHOO!!! exercise exercise exercise. im so in love with netball (: after such a long time not being in touch with it. trainings had been tough for me cause i totally had ZERO stamina. and i actually moved from play GS to playing GK. it is a whole new totally different STORY!!! OMG> hahaha!! wells...as much as i wanna move to the attacking side again and play back my GS, chances are slim here in KKH netball team. HAHA!! wells...ADAPT! ADAPT! ADAPT. but im really like more inclined to attacking cause i like to look at the game and more likely to run to get the ball then to run after opponent. HAHHAA! but my defensive role will stay, at least for the upcoming PUBLIC SERVICE TOURNAMENT (: JIAYOUS!!!

singlehood for 4weeks starting today. bf is away in india for NS trainings. so short yet so dragging. it is tough but i will hang on in there (: HUGS!!! enjoy the times of ultimate freedom, time with family and friends (:


SHIN NA, breast cancer korean lady whom has been keeping a blog ever since she learnt of her condition, has passed away not long ago. i have been following her blog for a period of time now as i find it encouraging to read and learn this way. Her fighting spirit is formidable. TRUELY ADMIRED! and yet she was taken over by the BADDIE cancer cells, leaving behind young kids. ever since i started where im working, i come across patients fighting with CANCER.most of the time they do not die with us,so yah.so are not a hospice anyway,we do not have patients staying with us that we developed feelings with and die with us, RARELY we get that.

once in awhile you get terminally ill patients who come in for observation and treatment because of the disease process. and normally they will be hope to fight with the cancer once they are treated for any infections or medical conditions. we started developing feelings for these patients.we tend to understand their needs better.

that is provided people are appreciative. we cant help but grumble still if they are being too fussy. but at the end of the day,it left me thinking whether we should grumble as they might be still in a denial of their condition.

o yea. i truely admire people whom have been through so much in life and yet be able to smile at the end of the day. OMG! life is unpredictable,when can i live it to the fullest so that i will never regret.

woohoo.i cant believe that my first post in 2009 is only now. HAHAHA. it is already 22JANUARY2009.more than half of the month already gone.OMG!! hahahaha!!

firstly, continuing off my last post of 2008, i would like to say that it has been a fulfilling year.a year with transition that made me where am i today.a year that see me stepping into the workforce.WOOHOO!!! disappointments at the first part of the year putting me real down,but soon i moved on (: life has been good with supportive parents and loving partner.WOOHOO!

in 2009,i wish and work for the following:1. go study degree.promote to a SN1 (:2. slim down and play good netball3. Continue to have wonderful times for MR YONG4. More time with my family5. ENjoy life (: enjoy all my AL (: enjoy MYSELF!hahahaha.simple? hahahaha.lets just settle for something simple (: WAHAHAHA!!

started netball (: nice people around in netball.but definitely there are people who just cant clique.hahaha.opposites of ideas :$ well,well,well. had friendly match with LTA and TTSH.woohoo,though the team won,but i made lotsa mistakes on my part after not moving and exercising for so long.hahaha.I LOST ALL my STAMINA! hahaha.and moving from the attacking to the defencing side.woohoo.it is a whole different story.hahahah! well. learn,adapt,excel (:

probation has since ended at work.has been working more or less independently already.the lack of staffing situation has kinda became better now that not much people are on leave.but heys,MCs and EL still kills at times.BOO!! well well well.

everything else has been good. CHINESE NEW YEAR is coming.hhahhaha.more goodies,more drinks,more SLACKNESS. it is just gona make me fat.HAHAHA! but cant be bothered. ENJOY FIRST (: hahahaha!!
